Sometimes peace of mind feels so far out of reach and as much as we try, it can feel unattainable on our own. As a licensed counselor I am here to facilitate change and growth through genuine connection and provide each client a safe, accepting environment to process obstacles present, past, or future. 

My mission is to empower each person to understand all aspects of their life and recognize the impact of their experiences, relationships, and understandings on their current perspective. I utilize my training and skills in helping clients come to witness ideas and behaviors within themselves and then find ways to make changes and find balance.

I have a history of working with various populations in different therapeutic systems including forensic counseling, crisis intervention, substance abuse disorders, and mental health diagnoses.
